Safest Drug is an independent non-profit organization. Per our Gift Policy, we do not accept, nor solicit, donations directly from pharmaceutical corporations or any company that may restrict us from speaking out freely.

GEORGIA: The following information will be made available at request: a full and fair description of the charitable program for which the solicitation campaign is being carried out and, if different, a full and fair description of the programs and activities of the charitable organization on whose behalf the solicitation is being carried out; a financial statement or summary which shall be consistent with the financial statement required to be filed with the Georgia Secretary of State.
NEVADA: Safest Drug is registered as “Safest Drug” with the Nevada Secretary of State and contributions or donations from Nevada residents may be tax deductible for federal income tax purposes.
NEW YORK: To request a description of our programs, please write to: Safest Drug, 325 Ellington Blvd. #308, Gaithersburg, MD 20878. As of 9/23/2020, Safest Drug has not been required to file its first annual report with the NY Attorney General. Our annual report will be due by 12/30/2021 (or, 6 months after the current fiscal year ends on 6/30/2021). Once annual reports are filed, you can request a copy by writing to Safest Drug, 325 Ellington Blvd #308, Gaithersburg, MD 20878 (or) from the NY Attorney General’s Charities Bureau’s Website – www.charitiesnys.com.
